Dyndrite Corporation is joining the IAM3DHUB consortium, run by Leitat, to accelerate the adoption of metal laser-powder bed fusion (LPBF) across Spain and Europe. The move underscores Dyndrite’s commitment to providing researchers and manufacturers with the power, freedom and control to scale high performance metal additive manufacturing.
Dyndrite’s LPBF Pro gives users Power, Freedom and Control tools needed to optimise even the most complex of builds. Built on a GPU-accelerated geometry engine and using comprehensive toolpath APIs, the software empowers advanced build preparation, parameter set development and toolpath optimisation. With LPBF Pro, manufacturers can:
- Dramatically reduce manual labour and time to prepare builds, enabling faster iteration and deployment.
- Develop high-yield parameter sets for metal alloys to enabling low overhangs, thin wall features, better surface finish and high yield parameters.
- Configure support-free or minimal-support strategies thereby lowering scrap and reducing post-processing cost.
- Integrate seamlessly with machine builders and materials suppliers to deliver traceable, repeatable, production-level workflows.

By joining IAM3DHUB, Dyndrite aims to partner with a rich ecosystem of AM hardware, materials, software and end-user stakeholders to advance metal LPBF adoption in Europe. IAM3DHUB, based at the DFactory Barcelona site and managed by Leitat, is a recognized Digital Innovation Hub that offers manufacturers “test before invest” access, training, and one-stop support for additive manufacturing technologies.
“I’m excited at the prospect of working with IAM3DHUB and the exceptional partner organisations it brings together,” said Stephen Anderson, Chief Commercial Officer, Dyndrite Corporation. “Their deep expertise across metal LPBF, materials, hardware and applications perfectly complements Dyndrite’s mission to provide users with the advanced tools required to scale production-ready metal additive manufacturing. Together, we can help end-users maker better parts faster, with OEM interoperability and using novel Qualification strategies to reduce time to market and drive down cost.”
